Getting Everyone Involved in Kindness

When Jess Flynn at Red Sky Strategic Communication challenged indieDwell to Pay it Forward, we involved the whole team - in Idaho AND Colorado. While leadership, sales and marketing, and finance departments were handing out gift cards to Jesse Tree staff, the team at the Caldwell Factory had ideas of their own.
