windy court | Leap housing solutions | Boise, idaho (usa)

Windy Court features eight homes developed by LEAP Housing Solutions, in Boise, ID. LEAP manages this as a rental community for residents earning less than 50% of Area Median Income. Each home is 960 square feet, with four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Richmond home | virginia housing | Richmond, va

indieDwell built this home to showcase on the National Mall, and then installed it as a pilot project for Virginia Housing. This Model 9 home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms in 960 square feet. The general contractor added the gable roof and porch onsite to make the home fit seamlessly in the existing neighborhood.

Bellevue Home + ADU | Bellevue, id

indieDwell piloted the City’s new ordinance, which allowed for a single family residence to add an accessory dwelling unit by right. This development features a 2 Bedroom home with an ensuite master, and a 24’ wide living and dining area open to the kitchen. The ADU is a Model 6 home with 2 BR and 1 BA in 640 square feet.

settler’s home | boise, id

The Settler’s home was a demonstration project where indieDwell did a lot split in an urban neighborhood and placed this home on the newly created lot. It took two hours to set this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
