Emergency Housing

indieDwell offers a range of rapidly deployable housing solutions designed for emergency management - fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, quarantine, or COVID support. These units are built to the U.S. Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home standard, feature a zinc coated steel exoskeleton and interior framing and are thus non combustible, and not susceptible to mold, pests, rotting, warping, or rust. The cement fiberboard exteriors are moisture, fire, wind, and temperature resistant.

Solutions

indieDwell builds all emergency housing modules on an eight by forty (8’x40’) platform, the same size as a “high cube” shipping container. This makes them rapidly deployable as they can ship on standard trailers with no pilot cars or highway permitting.
