indieDwell to Build 24 Homes in WA as Part of a $3.25 Million Award
indieDwell will build 24 single family homes as part of a $3.25 million award to Grays Harbor (WA) County and the Coastal Community Action Program. The units will be spread across sites in the cities of Aberdeen, and Hoquiam. The housing is expected to serve homeless families, underhoused residents needing transition housing, and victims of domestic violence.
The funding for the project is part of a record-setting $97 million investment into affordable housing by the State of Washington.
indieDwell’s Caldwell factory will build the units beginning later this year.
